Greek Salad Wrap

Greek salad turned into a wrap! This recipe is so delicious, simple, refreshing and healthy.


Ingredients:

- spinach tortilla

- hummus

- grilled chicken

- kalamata olives

- arugula/spring mix

- avocado

- chickpeas

- tomato

- red onion

- greek vinaigrette


To make:

- First, finely chop arugula and spring mix, tomatoes, olives, avocado, grilled chicken, and dice the red onion. In a large bowl, combine all cut up ingredients plus chickpeas, and toss with greek vinaigrette. Spread hummus on spinach tortilla, and salad mixture, and wrap up!
